Job Description Job Description VIP Staffing is immediately hiring a Fiberglass Technician for a leading organization in Rio Rancho, NM This is a Full Time Temp to hire Opportunity Schedule is Mon-Friday 7am-3:30 pm Pay is $18 per hour As a Fiberglass Technician you will: Perform fiberglass and composite repairs on aircraft components to ensure structural integrity. Apply wet lay-up techniques using epoxy resins and fiberglass or carbon cloth. Utilize tooling and fixtures to facilitate accurate and effective repairs. Assist with pre-preg, vacuum bagging, and spray-painting tasks as needed. Ensure all repairs meet stringent quality and safety standards. Fiberglass Technician candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration: At least 1 year of experience in fiberglass or composite repair. Proficiency with wet lay-up techniques, epoxy resins, and fiberglass or carbon cloth. Familiarity with pre-preg and vacuum bagging processes is a plus. Knowledge of spray-painting techniques is advantageous. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
