Registered Nurse (RN) | Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) / Pre-Post Op Location: Albuquerque, NM Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,004 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/16/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: PACU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 hours (08:00 - 20:30) Experience: Minimum of 2 years preferred, previous travel experience preferred License: Valid RN license required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS needed Must-Have: Previous Charge Experience Description: PACU nursing position available. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the PACU. Previous travel experience is preferred. Call is required for this position. The nurse will care for patients recovering from various surgical specialties, including but not limited to IR, GI, Urology, Eyes, Robotics, GYN, General surgery, Orthopedics, Neuro, and Podiatry. The daily census for the unit is approximately 40 patients, with a total of 20 beds available. Inpatient care is required, along with skills in dysrhythmia recognition, blood product administration, central line management, care of ventilated patients, and pain assessment and management. The role also requires familiarity with electronic medical records systems. Floating to like units may be necessary based on facility needs.
