Learning Capabilities Manager Overview of PositionThis Learning
Capabilities Manager role will d esign and manage strategic
training programs and Corporate Academies for application-based
learning. What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?+
Assess enterprise and strategic learning needs vetted by Talent
Management & Organizational Effectiveness colleagues that are of
the highest priority for the organization as being (1) strategic or
(2) urgent for all team members or all large constituents such as
people leaders, supporting reskilling, upskilling, and internal
talent marketplace + Procure/curate enterprise technical 3rd party
content solutions to address organizational learning needs and
alignment with Leadership DNA offering a selection of relevant and
appropriate learning opportunities + Manage vendors (3rd Party
learning solution partners such as LinkedIn Learning, Skillsoft,
Pluralsight or others)- performing vendor management activities to
maintain quality of the technical development learning library and
services + Supporting learning strategies for the Enterprise
Technology/IT enterprise function. Consulting with technical
business partners and leaders to manage strategic training needs
for IT training needs, including registration for large, annual and
or external conferences such as AWS + Design and deliver enterprise
programs - building Learners and learning agility through
Professional and Technical Capability Academies which is carefully
curated learning experiences + Maintaining and iterating existing
AWS education strategy and curriculum + Manage projects template
tasks, assignees, dates, progress, reports, dashboards execute on
OKRs and strategic planning goals + Navigate learning management
systems - performing duties within the learning experience system
(LXP) Change Healthcare University. + Establish key metrics,
reporting and dashboards training effectiveness, utilization,
industry awards + Manage operating budget develop budget forecasts
and track learning capabilities spend to include license renewals
(3rd party content) + Facilitate Talent Management & Culture (TMC),
L, and Capability Academy programs What are the requirements needed
for this position?+ Bachelors degree in Educational Adult Learning
Theory, Educational Technology, Computer Information Science, or a
related field + 5+ years of professional and technical development
experience + 5+ years of experience of designed complex and
immersive learning, managed learning programs + Experience in
assessing and negotiating 3rd party learning content and other
vendor services. (LinkedIn Learning, Percipio, etc.)What other
skills/experience would be helpful to have?+ Demonstrated ability
to anticipate emerging learning needs for current and future of
work skill requirements, impacts of digital transformation, new
talent, and performance improvements + Skill in providing
consultative direction for appropriate content and learning
solutions to integrate into programs or libraries, makes sound and
timely decisions using a mixture of analysis and experience to
obtain content or approach + Experience in the development,
implementation, operation, and maintenance of robust learning
academies and performance-based solutions that aligns with broader
organizational goals, incorporating social, collaborative, and
other activity-based learning + Ability to readily adapt to new and
sustainable technology. + Ability to work collaboratively with key
constituents and leaders at all levels. Effectively orchestrates
resources and manages stakeholders to accomplish goals + Excellent
communication (written and oral), customer service and problem-
solving skills in all work environments and channels What are the
working conditions and physical requirements of this job? General
Office DutiesHow much should I expect to travel? None. Employees in
