Job Description Job Description Insight Global is searching for
a Senior Ford Certified Technician to join our client in
Albuquerque New Mexico. This role of the Senior Master Ford
Technician is to diagnose, repair, and maintain Ford vehicles with
exceptional accuracy and efficiency. You’ll be the go to expert for
complex drivability and electrical concerns, ensure warranty
compliance, and mentor apprentice technicians to elevate team
performance. Our client has been servicing the area for over 60
years, they have 17 acres of property that includes 81 bays with
most technicians getting more than 1 bay to service. They have a
restaurant, barber shop, and dog park on site. Responsibilities -
Execute repairs per the repair order with safety, efficiency, and
precision. - Follow Ford warranty policies and procedures, ensuring
all documentation is compliant and complete. - Diagnose
malfunctions and perform authorized repairs; communicate findings
clearly. - Collaborate with Service Advisors and Parts to secure
needed components and avoid delays. - Save and tag removed parts as
required or requested by the insurer, customer, or Parts
Department. - Inspect vehicles and promptly notify
management/advisors if additional work is needed, work is not
required, or repairs cannot be completed within the promised time.
- Road test vehicles when required to validate repairs. - Supervise
and coach apprentice technicians as assigned. - Protect customer
vehicles and keep them clean throughout the service process. -
Maintain a neat, organized, and safe shop area. - Comply with all
federal, state, and local regulations, including proper disposal of
hazardous waste. Desired Skills and Experience: Ford Senior Master
Certification Own / use personal tools Pass background check / drug
test Plusses: Senior Master EV Master Senior Master / Automatic
transmission technician Compensation: $65k to $70k per year annual
salary. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors,
including skills, experience, and education.
