Experience: 2 Year(s) We are selecting a limited number of
qualified candidates for the Farmers Insurance Agent in Training
Program. This hands-on mentorship program provides paid training,
licensing, and daily warm leads while you learn directly from a
top-ranked Farmers agent. You will gain full exposure to insurance
sales, marketing, recruiting, and business operations. What We

professional training Flexibility to broker business outside of
Farmers appetite, allowing you to serve every client's needs if
price is an objection. You will be captive with brokerage access
Mentorship from top-performing Farmers agents Proven marketing,

potential to work in the district operation $120,000.00 -
