Tasks: Approach consumers to assess how needs can be met by company services offered Provide exceptional customer service and consultation advice hands-on Schedule customer installations dates that best fit their needs to increase customer retainment and sales margins Meet with customer, identify their needs, and find elegant solutions to their concerns Attend training sessions to increase client knowledge and stay up to date with sales tactics Additional tasks as required
