Be a part of our dynamic client-focused team and make a difference in your career!We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Representative who is compassionate, mission-driven, and able to empathize with potential clients to generate referrals within your territory in the Albuquerque/Santa Fe region. In this position, you will work independently to increase our client base and connect qualified individuals to PCM's in-home healthcare services. This is a role in the homecare division that provides care for former nuclear weapons workers and uranium workers.*Please note similar industry terms that would be relevant to this role: medical sales, healthcare sales, home health, home service, and homecare Why Our Team Likes Working with Us:

    • An associate degree or above required
    • 2+ years experience in healthcare sales and/or Consumer Sales. A background in Home Health, Hospice, SNF (Skilled Nursing), ALF (Assisted/Independent Living Facility), and DME (Durable Medical Equipment) would be a plus.
    • B2C sales experience required
    • Experience in creating, organizing, and managing community events
    • Travel required up to 25%
    • Knowledge of medical terminology and/or general medical background preferred
    • Willing to work flexible hours
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office products and CRM tools, preferably Salesforce
    • Must be a licensed driver with a clean driving record and insured in accordance with state and/or Agency requirements.Essential Functions/Areas of Accountability
      • Generate client referrals that result in staffed clients.
      • Create and maintain relationships through regular visits with potential clients and assigned professional accounts.
      • Follow up on referral leads by phone and in-home visits.
      • Cold call, set up in-person encounters with potential clients, deliver the PCM presentation and manage client inquiries.
      • Champion PCM's positive, professional image to create customer goodwill and foster referrals.
      • Assist potential clients with navigating through the DOL qualification process via EEOICPA and facilitation through the Resource Center and Advocates.
      • Both individually and as part of a team, initiate, organize, schedule, and participate in regular educational training, community visits, luncheons, town and union hall meetings, and marketing events.
      • Participate and manage events in local markets as well as travel to other markets to assist with events.
      • Maintain, replenish, and distribute printed collateral and other marketing materials at primary referral source locations.
      • Use phone contact lists and company database tools to proactively contact potential clients and initiate possible client referrals.
      • Acting independently and collaboratively, answering client community inquiries regarding Company's in-home nursing services available, as well as conducting outreach to senior groups and retirees.
