Insurance Service RepresentativeIn this position you will provide high quality service to members regarding changes in insurance policies, renewal information, and billing statements. You'll quote insurance rates, qualify applicants, and verify/enter new business applications and related documents. Representatives will also resolve membership and insurance problems using discretion and independent judgment, and handle accounting issues and correspondence.A successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, superior organizational skills, proven sales techniques and a commitment to maintaining superior customer relationships.
