Full-time Hourly Position range starting at $16 an hour DOE + benefits.Located in Albuquerque, NM. More importantly, employees at Heritage know that their work in preserving and advancing the state's cultural heritage will benefit mankind now and in the future.Position Purpose: The Information Technology Service Desk Agent will under the direction of the Director of Information Technology, maintain the quality and the seamless technology systems and subsequent IT teams at the properties. We are looking for a highly motivated Service Desk Agent that would be a great addition to our team. The service desk agent will be responsible for ensuring each department achieves key metrics by repairing computers and performing technical and system diagnostics as required. There is always something new to learn when working with so many different structures, so expect to build up your skills quickly. The Information Technology team has a strategic responsibility for all aspects of the IT operation, including guest and employee technology function and safety.As an added benefit, if you choose to take on this mission, you will get to travel and explore all of our beautiful properties located across the land of enchantment and interact with all of our wonderful staff and guests. In our hospitality world, stellar customer service with great communication skills to explain technology in simple terms is highly desirable in our environment.Supervisory Responsibilities: NoneMission Duties and Functions:Work under direction of the Corporate Director of Information Technology.Maintain positive and professional approach with employees, coworkers, and guests.Primary day to day function will focus on end-users and provide them with great customer service, technical support, and knowledge transfer with their mobile, desktop, laptop devices, and networks.This role supports Restaurant POS, Hotel PMS, Property Phones, and Guest room Televisions before determining vendors need to be contacted.Common tasks include installing and maintaining various Microsoft Windows-based software and hardware, backup and restore, user moves/adds/changes, security audits, cloud migrations and management, network monitoring, and device configuration.This mission requires a high level of multitasking each workday; this role will respond to emails, calls, and alerts, update support tickets and keep documentation updated through our IT management systems across all our properties.Accountability with all IT levels: design, installation, maintenance, and support, from the simple to the advanced.As an essential member of our friendly and knowledgeable team, you will be working directly with our properties' employees, both remote and onsite.Meet with vendors and contractors to learn about new software, products, and services offered.Oversee / Carry out special projects for property.Other duties as assigned consistent with the functions of this position as needed at any of the properties..

Strong communication skills and excellent customer service practices required.Excellent verbal and written communication and ability to multitask.Sound understanding of computer systems, networks, security, telecommunications, databases and storage systems.Solid working knowledge of all relevant coding languages and security protocols.Minimum two- three years' experience working in IT operations, hospitality experience a plus.Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays and late nights.Ability to work on your feet/sit for eight hours or more.Must be able to lift/push/reach for/carry 30+ pounds occasionally.NM Safe Certified Hotelier, Inspiring Our Communities, & Celebrating Local Artisans.Heritage Hotels & Resorts Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.PI153898769
