Were growing fast, and we need consultants ready to bring their unique skills, energy, and creativity to help us continuously innovate how we deliver world-class client experiences on cloud applications projects.Functional Consultants within Oracle Consulting need to bring business domain and industry expertise to develop leading practice and enterprise applications. Our back office functional consultants possess the capabilities of functional, process, and system usage knowledge combined with the vital skills to be able to consult and coach our clients through transformation.About the Role Key characteristics of Oracle Functional Consultants are finding joy in connecting the dots between people, processes, and technology, taking pride in accomplishing your mission for the client with time to spare, and thriving in a collaborative environment with a diverse team of consultants working together on a shared mission.Supply Chain Management (SCM) includes; Procurement and Inventory Control, Order Management, Order Transportation Management, Demand and Planning, Purchasing and Warehouse ManagementKey Areas of Responsibility:

  • Experience in the Oracle SCM modules
  • Lead business process workshops and advise clients on the impacts of adopting the Oracle Cloud solution
  • Lead requirements gathering sessions and support clients in defining relevant processes and obtain signoff to ensure client alignment of the proposed solution
  • Understand Oracles Implementation Methodology and use it in all engagements
  • Configure the software as per the designed and approved solution
  • Conduct process familiarization workshops to demonstrate the configuration of the cloud solution
  • Support the client during all phases of testing, production cutover and post-go live
  • Supporting the client with any data migration efforts
  • Assist the integration consulting team in helping to build, configure and test integrations between Procurement and third party/custom solutions

    • 1-2 years implementing ERP solutions
    • EBS or JDE table schema knowledge preferred
    • Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company preferred
    • Experience in implementing SaaS applications
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities
    • Experience with multiple applications a plus
