Chevrolet Cadillac of Santa Fe is looking to add a new team member to our accounting team. We are actively seeking a Billing and Inventory Clerk. Location:Santa Fe, NMResponsibilities: .

• Job duties include but are not limited to processing all retail deals, wholesales, and dealer trade paperwork.
• Posting all vehicle deals
• Process payoff checks for trade-ins
• Process and post dealer trades
• Stock in all traded and purchased vehicles
• Review new and used inventory weekly
• Answer phones periodically
• Filing of paperwork
• Post all deals to accounting, reconcile units sold, and review pending deals with F&I monthlyRequirements:
  • At least two years' Automotive Dealership Billing experience Work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced office.
