You will be responsible for maturing an existing CMDB. You will develop a strong understanding between the business needs of the stakeholders and how the ITOM applications will support those needs. You will be responsible for creating high level roadmap and low level requirements from those needs.The business analyst role will partner with development resources to develop a solution and complete testing on development work. You will also provide support to end users by training users on new functionality and presenting updates to end users.Experience with the following ServiceNow areas is helpful: Discovery, Service Mapping, Service Graph Connectors, Event Management.**Key Responsibilities**+ Partner with the technology, process and business stakeholders to define, analyze, and document requirements for ServiceNow tool improvements focused on the improvement of the Black and Veatch CMDB and supporting technologies.+ Work directly with the ServiceNow development team to select the most effective solution for defined requirements.+ Own the ITOM product roadmap, priorities and execution.
