Job DescriptionWe are looking for FT Help. We provide a working environment like no other dental office you have ever seen! We offer all this and a compensation package that includes health insurance plans, a competitive bonus structure, PTO and 401k.Seeking a candidate who can:Provide outstanding customer service for the patient; excellent chair side manner.Take radiographs of patients using standard dental radiographic equipmentPerform efficient and accurate procedures to help maintain hygienists schedule and patient flow; create no patient wait time; maintain time flexibility for patient; be present, engaged, ready to work at all assigned shift times.Help clean the office and treatment roomsReview patient chart prior to arrival and log appropriate patient data during exam and treatment as well as transcribe doctor notes in patient chartMaintain patient confidentiality through HIPAA complianceFollow organizations safety policies and proceduresHave knowledge and understanding of dental terminology sufficient to perform job successfullyVerify patient health history (basic health review, medications, understanding impact with dentistry) and document appropriately in patients chart.Assist with other office duties as requested or neededQualificationsPrevious DA experience highly preferredAccepting recent DA graduates with experienceRadiology certification highly preferredBilingual (Spanish) preferredVersed in Dentrix is preferredOutstanding positive attitude and demeanorStrong interpersonal and relationship building skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to multi-task and work in a fast paced environmentWork Shift available: Monday - Friday 8 am to 5 pmJob Type: Full-timeWe are looking forward to meeting a friendly compassionate person to join our team!Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $13.00 to $19.00 /hourJob Type: Full-timePay: $12.00 - $19.00 per hourSchedule:* Monday to FridayExperience:* dental assistant: 1 year (Preferred)* dental: 1 year (Preferred)Education:* High school or equivalent (Preferred)License:* X-ray (Preferred)Work Location:* One locationClinical Setting:* General DentistryDuties:* Assisting chair-side* Taking records, impressions, or x-rays* Using computers to update electronic patient records* Assisting with front office tasks as needed* Assisting with lab tasks as neededCertifications:* Dental x-raySchedule:* Monday to FridayWork Location: In personby Jobble
