**Description**
**Title: Switchboard Operator I**
**Location:** This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). Ideal candidates will live within 50 miles of one of our PulsePoint locations.
The **Switchboard Operator I** will be responsible for receiving calls and responds to inquiries and requests for assistance.
**How you will make an impact:**
+ Identifies problem, troubleshoots, and provides advice to assist callers.
+ Understands the company's structure and how to direct the calls to the appropriate area.
**Minimum Requirements**
+ HS diploma or GED
+ Minimum of 3+ years related experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
+ **Be able to work any 8 hour shift within business hours of 8am - 10pm**
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Sales force experience
+ Microsoft Outlook experience
+ Switchboard operator experience
**For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $11.63/hr. to $23.26/hr.**
**Locations: California; Colorado; Nevada; Washington State; Jersey City, NJ; New York City, NY; Ithaca, NY and Westchester County, NY**
