Control Coordinator ensures that the company's document control
process is implemented and remains effective. - Essential Duties
and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the coordinating,
creating, maintaining, and periodic review of Wildflower's
controlled documents, including all policies, procedures, work
instructions, forms, specifications, and other company documents
affecting quality or customer satisfaction as defined in the
company's Document Control Procedure.Maintain record of document
approvals within the Document Information Management System "DIMS"
(CORE -).Responsible for ensuring all documents are periodically
reviewed, updated, and re-approved if needed.Responsible for
ensuring adequate access to necessary personnel for all controlled
documents.Responsible for maintaining any external documentation
that must be controlled.Help drive Quality Management System "QMS"
understanding, participation, and compliance.Managing and
maintaining the documented information within the DIMS (CORE
-).Responsible for ensuring that controlled documents conform to
Wildflower's current document control and aesthetic
standards.Assist with defining the processes and procedures
pertaining to the managing/maintenance of said documented
information.Participate in external and internal audits of
Wildflower's QMS.Any other duties needed to drive our Vision,
fulfill our Mission, and abide by our Values.Job
Qualifications/Requirements:
High School diploma required.
Associate degree preferred.Ability to learn and apply knowledge of
ISO 9001:2015 requirements.Broad knowledge of your company's
operation and its QMS.Highly motivated with the ability to work
with minimal instruction and supervision once fully trained.Proven
ability to understand and accommodate a wide range of written and
verbal communications.Excellent written and verbal communication
skills and attention to detail.Proven ability to effectively use
Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent attention to detail, and ability
