Our new Registered Client Service Associate will play a significant role in our client's Private Wealth Management needs. This Outstanding candidate will be a member of our Operations Group - ensuring all administrative tasks are completed at a world-class level.


We're looking for a Sr. Registered Client Service Associate to:


--- perform all tasks related to Client Operations (account opening and maintenance, funds distribution, etc.)

--- assist clients with questions related to their accounts

--- complete firm-initiated projects

--- participate in team projects, dinners, trips, and meetings

--- ideally 5 years of experience in the financial services industry and a leader amongst your peers

--- bachelor's degree

--- proactive and organized

--- value accuracy and take full ownership of mistakes made

--- provide excellence and world-class service

--- you love helping others and developing relationships with clients

--- experienced with phone etiquette and communicating via email
