Job Description

Concentrix Corporation, a global leader in Customer Experience Solutions, is seeking a Cloud Security Architect, reporting to the Senior Director of Global Security Engineering, within the Concentrix Global Security team.

As a member of the Global Security team, the Cloud Security Architect will actively contribute to the proactive development of the corporate information security strategy by providing guidance and expertise in the maturity of policy, standards, governance, and network design language.

The Cloud Security Architect will be responsible for creation and execution of a global Cloud Security strategy and will partner closely with Information Technology Stakeholders, such as the Network Architecture, Network Engineering, Server Engineering and SecDevOps teams. Close alignment with other Cybersecurity teams such as Cyber Defense Operations, Vulnerability Management, and Incident Response will be critical for success.

The Cloud Security Architect will assist in the identification and resolution of Cybersecurity issues with a focus on Network infrastructure, configuration management, security controls and endpoint perspectives.

The Cloud Security Architect will be responsible to coach, mentor, educate, and provide consultation to various teams, individual contributors, and leaders within the organization.

The Cloud Security Architect will interface with various cloud providers (Microsoft Azure, AWS and GCP) and vendors, and understand budget and procurement processes.

The Cloud Security Architect will be responsible understand various cloud infrastructure providers, cloud security technologies, educate on emerging cloud security threats, and can articulate information, provide recommendations, and make decisions where appropriate.

**Job Description**

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

+ Create and execute a corporate Cloud Security strategy

+ Enhance corporate security policy, regulations, and standards specific to cloud environments and networks

+ Develop technical documentation, network architecture diagrams, and run books for operating in cloud environments

+ Document the existing cloud network, cloud environment, and cloud security control solutions

+ Drive implementation of technical security principals across the organization to achieve strategic goals and objectives

+ Identify security design gaps in existing and proposed architectures and recommend changes or enhancements.

+ Lead and facilitate the evaluation and selection of security technologies, product standards, configuration and implementation of cloud security solutions

+ Proactively Identify design gaps, opportunities for remediation, and mitigation of new threats as they emerge

+ Builds cohesion with a remote, diverse, and global workforce

+ Provide training, mentoring, and coaching to other cybersecurity professionals

+ Contributes towards the planning, staffing, budgeting, and managing of expense priorities to meet corporate requirements

+ Participates in development of Global Security strategic objectives and execution of those plans

+ Adapt to changing priorities as necessary

+ Ensures that senior leadership and key business personnel are educated and aware of both current and future threats, by communicating in a way that is concise and easily understandable

**Candidate Profile & Requirements**

+ 5+ years of experience working directly with cloud environment security and cloud environment implementation with Azure(Preferred), AWS and GCP.

+ 10+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, with a focus in Cyber Security, Asset management, Security Control Assessments, Cyber Defense

+ Previous networking experience such as routing and switching, highly preferred

+ Prior experience in Military, Department of Defense, U.S. Government Agencies and/or Law Enforcement highly desired multiple languages, highly desired

+ BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Networks, Cybersecurity OR equivalent experience including relevant and active industry certifications

+ CISSP or CISM preferred

+ Experience with CASBs/CSPMs (eg NetSkope and etc..) solutions

+ Experience with assessing and securing containers.

+ At least one or more of the following active certifications REQUIRED: CCSP, CCSK, AWS Solutions Architect, MS Azure Architect, Google Cloud Engineer OR similar cloud certification

+ Understanding of SecDevOps, and tools for infrastructure automation such as Ansible, Terraform, Chef OR similar toolsets and methodologies

+ Expertise implementing and administering hypervisors such as VMware VSphere / ESXi, MS Hyper-V, Citrix XenServer, Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization, Nutanix OR similar toolsets

+ Microsoft Office 365 platform with emphasis on network and information security.

+ Active Directory, Active Directory Federation Services ADFS, Azure AD Connect, and related technologies.

+ Working knowledge of the OWASP Top 10, SANS Critical Security Controls, and NIST Special Publications 500s series and 800s series

+ Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to create presentations and concisely deliver information to executive leadership
