Project Manager Execute on provided recommendation and solutions to deliver all project aspects (scope, revenue, time, resources, etc.) across different projects. Demonstrated understanding with PMI standards and required knowledge with PM tools. Develop and manage project goals, objectives and scope; perform overall risk analysis for the project as well as maintain project work plan. Develop and maintain project timeline and oversee day-to-day operations; manage all project resources and coordinate project effort with other program areas. Reports overall project status to sr. management, following and using PMO's processes, standards, and templates. Must have obtained the Project Management Professional Certification and works with the management team to develop and incorporate project management best practices into the overall methodology. Responsibilities - Support best practices within the project management life cycle - Ability to plan, execute, and control risk management - Exceptional ability to understand, listen actively and communicate (verbal and written) effectively in a diverse environment - Demonstrate effective presentation skills and written communication skills and actively participates in meetings - Demonstrated ability to handle multiple concurrent assignments with strong attention to details - Strong ability to summarize results and produce executive reports as well as offer drill down to provide details supporting these summaries - Ability to work with clients at different levels - Ability to respond effectively to shifting of priorities to meet customer and management demands and expectations - Establish, maintain, and improve superior relationships with customers and team members - Manage daily project activities - Ensure timetables and milestones are met - Work independently with little supervision - Identify, track, escalate and help resolve issues in a timely fashion - Assess and communicate project status, adjusting for varying audiences - Coordinate and manage work activities of other team members - Act as main liaison between client and vendor(s) - Work closely with client and other vendors to develop project plan - Ensure adherence to the plan and schedule - Ensure deliverables are met - Lead the efforts to fulfill cutover/rollout/implementations plan for new or existing systems - Ability to prepare & run projects including and not limited to (timeline, communication, resourcing, scope control, lessons learned, etc.) Qualifications - PMP certification required - Associate's degree required, bachelor's degree preferred - 4+ years of project management experience - 1+ years of experience working within the healthcare field Work Conditions - 60% domestic travel - This position is field based, must be willing and able to work across different time zones as needed. - Must have a reliable means of transportation to travel to customer sites that are within reasonable commute. - Must be willing and able to support work during non-business hours as customer needs dictate. Compensation will vary based on region. For the state of Colorado only, expected pay is $84,500 to 109,000.
