The Associate Director, Global Public Policy Knowledge Hub is responsible for meeting execution targets of the Knowledge Hub (KH) channels and is responsible among others for managing and developing the following: + PCPH Central a digital repository of knowledge assets which serves GPP professionals and the wider PCPH, Market Access, CORE, and Regulatory Policy employees who are engaging with policy makers across the globe + The Public Policy Academy | PCPH training center which trains policy professionals and roll out the KH outputsResponsibilities+ Retain relevant agencies to promote the different knowledge channels including the Policy Academy + Monitor progress and actively promote the establishment of knowledge channels as agreed by GPP + Promote the introduction and increase use of knowledge channels in priority geographies + Serve as coordinator and Secretary of the Knowledge Hub PCPH Advisory Board + Liaise with internal stakeholders to solicit constant feedback from PCPH and other relevant functions + Work cross functionally to design and implement training program for policy professionals and other audiences and be contact point for external speakers and experts + Coordinate and manage PCPH summit preparationsEducation Requirements+ Bachelor degree in political science, communications, public health administrationExperience and SkillsRequired + Minimum three years in line public policy/market access + Developing training programs + Substantial knowledge of the broad global pharma landscape + Working with social media / marketing communications + Advanced degree in a relevant field (Public Policy, Political Science, Law, Economics or related fields) + At least five years in managing policy issues in markets and/or at a regional level + Knowledge of internal process including understanding the roles and influence of various stakeholders + Developing and successfully rolling out capability development/ training programs + Demonstrated leadership ability to identify strategic priorities, bring together different internal stakeholders, and move an agenda forward to resolution and action + Good understanding of key public policy issues with a learning agility to grasp new concepts and solutions + Cultural knowledge and sensitivity; proven ability to work collaboratively and inclusively + Strategic and effective written and verbal communication skills LOCATION IS FLEXIBLE Our Support Functions deliver services and make recommendations about ways to enhance our workplace and the culture of our organization.
