Juris Doctor (JD) degree or similar Admission to the State Bar of
California Minimum of 8 years of legal experience in employment law
Proven track record as a trusted legal advisor to clients
Possession of at least a partial book of portable business
Experience representing clients before: - EEOC (Equal Employment
Opportunity Commission) - DFEH (Department of Fair Employment and
Housing) - DLSE (Division of Labor Standards Enforcement) - CUIAB
(California Unemployment Insurance Appeals Board) Interested in
