ID: 70932074 Shift: 1900 to 0730 5x8 Hr Description: Job Summary:-Provides cardiopulmonary diagnostic and respiratory therapeutic support for patients in the Hospital and/or outpatients that require cardiopulmonary diagnostic testing, respiratory treatment, and/or ventilatory support.Shift Details:-Varied shifts.-Weekends/Holidays required.-Floating required - may need to support PresNow (UC/ED) locations.-May fluctuate to fulfill department staffing needs.-On call, weekends, and holidays required.-Travelers are first to float within facility and to alternate locations within 20 miles of permanent assigned location.-Traveling pairs are NOT guaranteed same schedules or same shifts.-Position will float to other areas as needed.-This is a 13-week contract assignment.Skills: Required Skills & Experience:-Must be a team player, flexible, and accustomed to fast-paced environment.-At least one 13 week previous travel assignment.-Two (2) years current experience required in specialty.Preferred Skills & Experience:-EPIC experience; can train on-site.Education: Required Education:-High School Diploma or GED. -Complete an accredited respiratory care education program from a school approved by the Commission on Accreditation for Respiratory Care (CoARC). Preferred Education:-N/ARequired Certifications & Licensure:-New Mexico Respiratory Care Practitioner License. -BLS certification completed through American Heart Association, American Health and Safety, or American Red Cross .-ACLS certification completed through American Heart Association, American Health and Safety, or American Red Cross.-PALS certification completed through American Heart Association, American Health and Safety, or American Red Cross.-NRP certification .Preferred Certifications & Licensure:-N/AJob Category: Clinical - Allied Guaranteed Hours: 36.00 Contract Weeks:89
