Software Engineer, you will be a key technical leader and role
model within an organization. We are looking for someone who
designs and develops technology to serve business and technology
objectives, aligns points of view across teams, and makes smart
tradeoffs to help achieve the goals of individual teams as well as
LinkedIn's broader goals. This leader will foster LinkedIn's

remotely in most locations in the country of employment. The Hiring
Intelligence team within LinkedIn Talent Solutions (LTS) is on a
mission to establish the most efficient place for employers to
discover and hire qualified talent. The team is responsible for
three core pillars within LinkedIn Hiring Solutions: Recruiter
Search (indexing/search foundations, retrieval, ranking),
Planning/Strategy (Talent Insights/LTI, Insights Platform,
Enterprise Insights), and Attribution (Axia/Hiring ROI). You'll get
the opportunity to work closely with the cross-functional leads
from Eng, PM, PMM, BizOps, Sales, etc. , and influence how we
evolve the tech stack during this transformation. The team works
across multiple technology stacks in infrastructure, data
pipelining, ML/AI, BE, API, and UIResponsibilities:- Deliver impact
by driving innovation while building and shipping software at
scale- Provide architectural guidance and mentorship to up-level
the engineering organization- Actively improve the level of
craftsmanship at LinkedIn by developing best practices and defining
best strategies- Design products/services/tools and code that can
be used by others while upholding the operational impact of all
decisions- Identify problems and opportunities and lead teams to
architect, design, implement and operationalize systems- Work
closely with and influence product and/or technology partners
regularly to help define the roadmap - Resolve conflicts between
teams within the organization to get alignment and build team
culture - Review others' work and share knowledgeBasic
Qualifications: - BA/BS Degree in Computer Science or related
technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience- 7+ years
of experience in software design, development, and algorithm
related solutions with at least 2 of those years in an architect or
leadership position- 2+ years experience with large-scale
distributed real-time systems- 2+ years experience with Search and
or Recommender systemsPreferred Qualifications:- 10+ years
experience in software design, development, and algorithm related
solutions- 10+ years of programming experience in an
object-oriented programming language such as Java, C/C++- 5+ years
experience with large-scale distributed systems and client-server
architectures- 2+ years experience working with machine
learning/artificial intelligence- 2+ years experience leading
cross-organization projects- Experience in Enterprise softwareYou
