Implementation oversight and management of a VOIP telephony system across four primary sites at La Familia Medical Center (LFMC) in Santa Fe, NM. This position report to the Information Systems Manger. The Project Manger will work with the vendor account manager to learn the phone system and functionality, convene key LFMC staff to establish a project work team, develop a work plan including timetables, deliverables, and assignments, and will keep LFMC management informed with periodic updates and status reports. The Project Manager will be the primary point of contact on issues and questions regarding the project for both internal LFMC decision-makers and the vendor. The project is anticipated to require 90-120 days for completion. the opportunity may exist for other projects that may be pending upon completion of this one. Minimum of bachelor's degree in management, business, or related 3-4 years in the IT field or IT Project management, required.
