Job Description Job Description Job Title: Registered Nurse – Primary Care Outpatient Job Type: Full-Time Location: San Jose, CA Pay Rate: $52/hr – $65/hr Start Date: ASAP What We Offer: 12 Paid Holidays, a Floating Holiday, Vacation, and Sick Time Four Health Plan Options with 95% of premiums covered 403(b) Retirement Plan with employer match Free access to the Headspace mindfulness app Duties and Responsibilities: Review lab results, images, and other test results; collaborate with providers to address abnormal results Communicate with team members and other departments to provide integrated care Train and oversee nursing students during rotations Perform nursing services such as: Administering vaccines (Pediatrics and Adults) Performing POC tests, ear lavage, wound care, VS/Assessments (including emergency triage) Venipunctures Provide onboarding services for employees, including TB testing and vaccine administration Participate in off-site events, supervising ancillary staff and nursing students Transport vaccines and ensure proper temperature monitoring Assist Nurse Manager with training material development, conducting training, and competency checks Qualifications: Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BSN) in Nursing preferred or equivalent education/training Minimum of two years of nursing experience Licenses & Certifications: Active RN License in California ACLS and PALS certification preferred CPR Certification Company Description LanceSoft is rated as one of the largest staffing firms in the US by SIA.
