Job Description Job Description Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine / Internal Medicine / Pediatrics) Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: $263,000 – $300,000 annually benefits Schedule: Outpatient | Rotational On-Call Job Overview We are seeking a Board-Certified Primary Care Physician to provide high-quality outpatient medical care to a diverse patient population. This role focuses on preventive care, chronic disease management, and whole-person care within a collaborative, team-based environment. Key Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive outpatient primary care services to new and established patients Perform physical examinations, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab results Provide preventive care, annual wellness visits, and patient education Manage chronic conditions and support patient self-management Collaborate with behavioral health, wellness, and specialty care providers Utilize EHR systems for documentation and charting Supervise and mentor mid-level providers, residents, or medical students as needed Participate in quality improvement initiatives, peer reviews, and clinical audits Provide after-hours on-call coverage on a rotating basis Qualifications MD or DO degree Active, unrestricted California medical license Active DEA license Board Certification required Experience in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Pediatrics Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations Bilingual proficiency (Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, or Vietnamese) preferred Company Description LanceSoft is rated as one of the largest staffing firms in the US by SIA.
