Connecting. Growing together. The Field Based Practice Engagement
Specialist will effectively support the network team to engage
contracted providers to discuss the value-based care incentive
arrangements. Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm (may
need to be flexible with morning and evening hours) Location:
Albuquerque and surrounding areas in New Mexico. If travel is more
than 100 miles rental car is provided. If you reside within
Albuquerque, New Mexico, you will have the flexibility to
telecommute* as you take on some tough challenges. Primary
Responsibilities: - Drive engagement and process improvement to
improve quality within contracted physicians - Meet with
non-engaged providers to verbalize the importance of the valued
based care arrangement - Ability to expand the network through
obtaining contracts with provider offices - Perform network
analysis and strategy development and implementation - Strong
organizational and time management skills - Ability to multi-task
and prioritize tasks to meet all deadlines - Recommend utilization
or expansion of networks for various products - Serve as a key
resource on complex and/or critical issues - Excellent verbal and
written communication skills; ability to speak clearly and
concisely, conveying information in a manner that others can
understand, as well as ability to understand and interpret
information from others - Ability to be able to train and educate
across departments on sales tactics - Performs other duties as

you may be interested in. Required Qualifications: - High School
Diploma/GED (or higher) - 1 years of experience with behavioral
change management - 1 years of experience having excellent verbal
and written communication skills; ability to speak clearly and
concisely, conveying information in a manner that others can
understand, as well as ability to understand and interpret
information from others - 2 years of face-to-face customer
experience - Reside within a commutable distance to Albuquerque and
surrounding communities in New Mexico - Ability to travel 75% of
the time within 150 miles of territory assigned and have reliable
transportation, with a current and non-restricted state of New
Mexico driver’s license and state-required insurance - Access to a
designated quiet workspace in your home (separated from
non-workspace areas) with the ability to secure Protected Health
Information (PHI) - Live in a location that can receive a
UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or
leverage an existing high-speed internet service - Access to
reliable transportation & valid US driver's license Preferred
Qualifications: - Project management experience - Knowledgeable in
understanding contacts Soft Skills: - Ability to work independently
and maintain good judgment and accountability - Ability to

The salary range for this role is $71,600 to $140,600 annually
based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors
including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work
experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with
