Full Time Oncology Infusion RN

Pagosa Springs, Colorado

Up to $37/hr + Sign-on!

Connected Health Care is currently seeking a Full Time Oncology Infusion RN for our client in Pagosa Springs, Colorado. As an Oncology Infusion RN, you will work with a team of skilled healthcare professionals to provide high-quality cancer care and infusion services to patients.

Job Description:

• 
  
• Administer chemotherapy and other treatments to cancer patients.
  
• Monitor patients for side effects and adjust treatments as necessary.
  
• Educate patients and their families on cancer treatments, side effects, and self-care.
  
• Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals, including oncologists and radiation therapists.
  
• Maintain accurate patient records and communicate effectively with medical staff.
  
  
  Education and Certification Requirements:
  
  
  • 
    
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Nursing.
    
  • Current RN license in the state of Colorado.
    
  • OCN or ONCC certification preferred.
    
  • BLS and ACLS certification.
    
    
    Skills and Qualifications:
    
    
    • 
      
    • Strong knowledge of oncology and infusion nursing.
      
    • Proficient in administering chemotherapy and other treatments.
      
    • Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
      
    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
      
    • Two years of Acute Care experience
