HUMAN RESOURCES ADMINISTRATOR - HIRING

$100 EMPLOYEE REFERRAL BONUS

JOB CATEGORY: HUMAN RESOURCES

POSITION SUMMARY: This position is responsible for processing new hires, rehires, and transfers.

REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Public Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Legal Studies or related field plus three years office/project administration and/or human resources experience required. Related experience may substitute for education on a year for year basis.
* Two years of experience in administration providing HR-related support such as new hire processing, data management, personnel records management preferred.
* High level proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet programs.
* High level proficiency using database programs.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.

SCREENING REQUIREMENTS:

This position requires successful completion of an initial post-offer of employment:

* CCHSA Criminal Records Check.
