About the Role: If you're passionate about food and friendly service, we'd love to have you on our team at Tailwind! We’re currently seeking a reliable, hardworking Dishwasher to help keep our kitchen running smoothly. As a key member of our back-of-house team, you’ll be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, assisting with basic food prep, and helping to ensure a safe, organized work environment. Tailwind encourages Veterans and Military family members to apply! Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, and kitchen equipment Portion sauces and perform light food prep as needed Sweep and mop kitchen floors to maintain a clean workspace Take out trash and maintain cleanliness of trash areas Follow all health and safety guidelines Support the kitchen team with additional tasks as assigned Qualifications/Skills: Prior kitchen or dishwashing experience is a plus, but not required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and cleanliness Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods Dependable and punctual Requirements: Must be able to pass background check to receive airport badge Must have reliable transportation Benefits: 401k Paid training Employee discount Employee referral program Health, Dental and Vision offered to Full-time employees Tailwind Concessions is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment.
