OverviewWe are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our team in Santa Fe, NM.Lovelace Health System (LHS) has been committed to meeting the growing healthcare needs of the Albuquerque community since 1912. LHS is comprised of Lovelace Medical Center, Heart Hospital of New Mexico at Lovelace Medical Center, Lovelace UNM Rehabilitation Hospital, Lovelace Women's Hospital, Lovelace Westside Hospital, Lovelace Regional Hospital, New Mexico Heart Institute and Lovelace Medical Group. LHS has 613 licensed beds.This full-time job is located at Lovelace UNM Outpatient Services, located in Santa Fe, which provides state-of-the-art rehabilitation services for patients recovering from health care conditions such as stroke, brain injury and musculoskeletal disorders. The only rehabilitation hospital in the state accredited in six programs by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service Coordinator Job Responsibilities:Provides direct customer service and front desk assistance for assigned department to include but not limited to admitting, registering, scheduling and verifying insurance.CSC also handles customer account transactions, provides customer assistance, and performs and/or oversees cashiering operations.
