Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. An opportunity is
available for an experienced Occupational Therapist to provide
specialized services in a school setting located onsite in Cannon
AFB, NM. This full-time contract position offers a caseload
consisting of direct therapy and evaluations for students from
Kindergarten through 12th grade. The assignment is scheduled to
start as soon as possible and will continue through May 21, 2026.
Key Responsibilities: - Deliver direct occupational therapy
services to K-12 students. - Conduct comprehensive evaluations to
assess student needs. - Develop and implement individualized
treatment plans. - Collaborate with educators and support staff to
promote student progress. - Manage caseload based on experience and
preference, ensuring effective service delivery. Qualifications: -
Active Occupational Therapy certification/license in New Mexico is
required. - Proven experience in school-based occupational therapy
preferred. - Strong knowledge of pediatric therapy practices for
school-aged children. - Excellent communication skills for
collaboration with school teams and families. - Ability to maintain
accurate and timely documentation. Location: - This role is
situated onsite at a school in Cannon Air Force Base, New Mexico.
Schedule: - Full-time commitment at 37.5 hours per week. This
position provides an engaging environment to apply occupational
therapy skills in supporting the educational development of
