Job Description:
Join a rapidly expanding physician owned practice specializing
in skilled nursing and post-acute care services. This role is for
an Advanced Practice Provider looking to work in skilled nursing
facilities, physical medicine & rehabilitation, orthopedics, and
geriatrics settings. New graduates will be considered & additional
roles available in Washington, California, New Mexico, and Wyoming.
The Opportunity: - Guaranteed base salary between $185,000 -
$210,000 * Dependent on candidate qualifications - Up to $30,000
annual bonus potential based of Leadership performance - Extremely
flexible schedule working Monday - Friday with no call, nights, or
weekends required - Have the autonomy to choose when you see
