Therapies to include I-131, Xofigo, Lutathera.We do perform blood venous blood draws, do use isolation precautions, and do require storing/handling/disposal of rad materials.PLEASE NOTE: Position requires Nuc Med State Licensure (ARRT N or NMTCB) and CT licensed person to help perform PET/CT. If no CT license, this can be pending and the unit will assist with acquiring one once traveler starts." Special Equipment : Please call out in pass/screen what certs traveler is missing. Tier2 Travel Compliance Compliance document deadline is two Friday s before starting (10 days prior to start). RTO : RTO Restrictions : Client prefers that travelers only request one holiday bundle max (holiday bundles include: Block 1: Thanksgiving the day after; Block 2: Christmas Eve Christmas Day 5 ; Block 3: NYE NYD ; however if the traveler requires more than this, RTO will be requested upon offer. No RTO can be requested during the first 7 days of the contract or on the last day of the contract. If traveler can cut their RTO down to just 7 days or less for all units (except for PCU, which is RTO 10 days or less), and there are no major holidays included, then AM can automatically approve RTO without asking the client and speed up the offer process. Please encourage clinician to cut RTO down to 7 days or less to speed up process if possible. Otherwise RTO will be requested upon offer. Marketing submissions : Facility will NOT accept marketing submissions, even if they are a return traveler and the unit manager reached out to them and asked them to return. If they do NOT have a valid DL, they must provide a written statement outlining their transportation plan to get to and from the hospital. Please note that personal transportation is required for travelers working at the Metropolitan Detention Center. Due to its location public transportation and ride-sharing are not available for that location License can pend at the time of submission For all Behavioral Health and related positions : if not yet MOAB certified, traveler will take in-person MOAB certification course as part of orientation during first week.
