Job Description ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a travel job in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Cath Lab Technologist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 10 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Allied Position Job Notes: Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available Opportunity: /n Cath Lab Technologist - Cardiac Cath Lab /n/n Job Details: /n • Work 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM /n• On-call requirement of 8-12 days per month /n• Weekend on-call requirement of 1-2 weekends per month /n• No floating requirements between locations /n• One year radiologic experience required /n• One year interventional or cath lab experience preferred /n• Required certifications: ARRT and New Mexico State licensure, BLS from AHA, ACLS from AHA /n• Must obtain ARRT certification applicable to cardiac or vascular intervention (CV, CI or VI), or RCIS Certification /n• Perform diagnostic and interventional procedures as requested by physicians /n• Provide patient care while obtaining diagnostic quality images for interpretation /n• Work with radiographic equipment and possess thorough knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy /n• Must be able to lift, position, push and transfer patients and equipment exceeding 50 lbs /n• Exposure to bloodborne pathogens, body fluids, and ionizing radiation /n• Flexible scheduling due to unexpected changes and emergencies /n/n Facility: /n This regional medical center operates a state-of-the-art cardiac catheterization laboratory providing comprehensive diagnostic and interventional cardiology services.
