Job Description & Requirements Urology Physician StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Regular Pay Rate: $294.88 - $319.20 This facility is seeking an Urology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details and requirements for this opportunity: · Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm · Practice Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient · Types of Cases: Urology · Credentialing Timeframe: 12 days · Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Athena/HMS MedHost and CPOE · Certifications Required: Board Certification, Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Basic Life Support (BLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) · Licensure Required: Active New Mexico license or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) Facility Location Los Alamos in Spanish means “The Cottonwoods.” It is where “Discoveries are Made!” This city offers visitors and residents a major aquatic center, a year round ice rink and a luscious golf course and lots of square dancing. The world renowned 50 meter therapy pool provides high-altitude training. You can even watch the Los Alamos skate park close to the library in real time streaming!
