qualified PACU/Pre-Post Op RN in Albuquerque, New Mexico, 87102!
Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: PACU

years preferred License: Compact license required prior to start
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS required Must-Have: Previous travel
experience preferred, call required Description: This position
requires a Registered Nurse in the PACU specialty. Incumbent should
have at least 2 years of experience. Call requirements are
approximately 6-8 shifts in a 6-week period. The role involves
recovering patients under various specialties including IR, GI,
Urology, Eyes, Robotics, GYN, General Surgery, Orthopedics, Neuro,
Ortho Spine, ENT, and Podiatry. Special equipment to be used
includes GE monitors and Epic EMR systems. The position operates
within a 50-mile local radius, with local candidates not accepted.
The daily census for the unit is approximately 40 patients. The
unit comprises 20 beds and provides interdisciplinary support
including Physical Therapy, Radiology, and Rapid Response Teams.
Floating may be required to similar units based on facility needs.
Candidates should possess the ability to manage dysrhythmia
recognition and blood product administration. Comfort in caring for
ventilated patients and conducting pain assessments and management
is essential. Additional skills in various surgical specialties are
