ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg Level I for a travel nursing job in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 03/09/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel RN Position Job Notes: Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available. Opportunity: RN - Float Job Details: • Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM • Start date: ASAP • Float position requiring flexibility to work across multiple patient care units • Coordinate and implement patient care specific to age-appropriate population served • Ensure quality care delivery in efficient and safe manner consistent with unit standards • Demonstrate performance consistent with organizational mission, philosophy and goals • Communicate clearly and concisely appropriate to developmental age of patients • Handle emergency/crisis situations with prolonged standing and walking required • Physical demands include heavy lifting to position, push and transfer patients or equipment • Requires considerable reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling and crouching • Must have ability to judge distance and space relationships with color distinction capabilities • Current New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license required • BLS Certification required • Graduate of accredited Registered Nursing program required • Current knowledge and skills appropriate to age/type of patient population served • Work environment includes exposure to bloodborne pathogens, infectious diseases and x-rays • Variable working hours with flexibility for unexpected schedule changes and emergencies Facility: This healthcare facility is a comprehensive regional medical center providing advanced patient care services across multiple specialized departments.
