Job Description Psychiatrist MD/ MO (New Grads Accepted) - Albuquerque, NM We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Psychiatrist to join our team. New Grads Accepted Key Responsibilities: Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Provide medication management and psychotherapy. Administer TMS motorthresholds and monitor patient progress. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate and timely medical records, billing must match time scheduled with patients. Maintain 32 clinical hours a week. Qualifications: Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution Board certification in Psychiatry Valid medical license to practice in New Mexico. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Commitment to ongoing professional development. Experience with TMS is a plus. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
