Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Paramedic - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Duration: Ongoing - 40 hours per week - Shift: 10 hours, nights - Employment Type: Staff Paramedic – Occupational Health Technician Mobile Medical Corporation (MMC) | Los Lunas, NM Provided on-site occupational medical coverage at an active construction project, delivering proactive injury prevention, clinical care, and workforce health support within a safety-driven environment. Key Responsibilities & Impact: - Assessed, triaged, and treated occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses using evidence-based protocols - Delivered emergency response and first aid care while coordinating with local EMS and healthcare providers when required - Supported workers’ compensation cases and collaborated with risk management to reduce recordable and lost-time incidents - Maintained accurate EMR documentation and OSHA-compliant reporting for all patient encounters - Managed daily clinic operations, including inventory control, equipment readiness, and infection prevention standards - Partnered with site safety leadership to identify workplace health risks and implement injury-prevention strategies - Led “Stretch and Flex” sessions and participated in site walks to promote ergonomic awareness and workforce wellness - Conducted new hire drug screenings, occupational health testing, and compliance-related medical evaluations - Participated in weekly case reviews and safety meetings to align medical services with project goals - Built strong working relationships with craft employees and leadership to foster trust and a culture of safety Work Environment & Scope: - Delivered autonomous clinical decision-making in a fast-paced industrial construction setting - Performed physically demanding duties including prolonged standing/walking, lifting 50–100 lbs, and responding in hazardous environments - Maintained strict adherence to OSHA regulations, infection control policies, and company safety standards Certifications & Qualifications: - Licensed Paramedic (State of New Mexico / NREMT compliant) - ACLS Certified - OSHA-30 Certified - 3 years of experience as a licensed healthcare provider - Strong documentation, communication, and multitasking skills - Proficient in EMR systems and Microsoft Office About Mobile Medical Corporation/n/nMobile Medical Corporation (MMC) is a leading occupational health services provider headquartered in Bethel Park, Pennsylvania, USA.
