(Onsite) Shift: Days Job Summary & Responsibilities: Demonstrates
effective written and verbal communication skills throughout all
stages of care. Performs evaluations that align with the patient's
diagnosis and clinical presentation. Develops individualized,
goal-oriented treatment plans based on evaluation findings and the
patient's personal objectives. Establishes functional, measurable,
and achievable goals in collaboration with the patient. Conducts
timely re-evaluations in accordance with departmental standards,
updating goals and treatment plans as needed based on the patient's
progress. Education, Licensure, and Experience: Minimum of 1-3
years of experience in a school or clinical setting Pediatric
experience strongly preferred Must hold an active California
