Registered Nurse (RN) | Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical Care Location: Albuquerque, NM Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,452 per week Shift Information: Nights - 4 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/16/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified ICU/Critical Care RN in Albuquerque, New Mexico, 87109! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Intensive Care Unit Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Hours Experience: Minimum of 1 year preferred License: Valid RN license required Certifications: BLS, ACLS required; CPI, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC preferred Must-Have: - Previous charge experience preferred - Experience with a patient ratio of 2:1 - Experience with Epic charting system preferred Description: ICU Night positions available. Options for 36 or 48 hours per week. First-time travelers are accepted. Floating is required. Weekends are required. ACLS and BLS certifications are needed. Experience in managing dysrhythmias is preferred. Experience with surgical intensive care unit procedures is preferred. Familiarity with chronic/acute renal failure management is required. Understanding of ventilator management is necessary. Experience with pain management and sedation administration is expected. Candidates should be skilled in accessing and managing ports and central lines. Interpretation of arterial blood gases is required. Experience with infection prevention and isolation precautions is necessary. Ability to handle multi-system organ dysfunction/failure is a must. Assistance with chest tube insertion/removal is required. Knowledge of high flow nasal cannula management is expected. Experience in postoperative care is preferred.
