exceptional care in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community.

you. What You’ll Do Provide professional, resident-focused nursing
care in Assisted Living and Memory Care settings Safely administer
medications, treatments, and wound care with precision and
compassion Monitor resident health, document changes, and
communicate promptly with physicians and families Support residents
living with dementia using person-centered, empathetic care
approaches Mentor and guide LPNs and caregivers to maintain high
standards of care Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to
support individualized care plans and holistic wellness Help create
a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment for residents and
staff Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New
Mexico (required) CPR certification required Experience in Assisted
Living, Memory Care, or long-term care preferred Strong clinical
judgment, leadership, and communication skills Compassionate,
dependable, and team-oriented mindset Commitment to resident
