Registered Nurse (RN) | Operating Room Location: Los Alamos, NM Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,366 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/23/2026 About the Position Job Title: Operating Room Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: OR Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 06:30 - 15:00 Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: 2 years License: Required to work as an RN in New Mexico Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS Must-Have Skills/Experience: Professional demeanor Description: This role involves working in the surgical unit. The facility has 3 operating rooms and serves various patient demographics. The nurse will be responsible for maintaining patient safety and providing quality care throughout the surgical process. Patient-to-nurse ratios will typically be 1:1 or 1:2. Call requirements will be as needed, with potential for 10-16 days of call per month, depending on staffing. Preferred experience includes familiarity with travel nursing, although it is not mandatory. The dress code requires hospital-provided scrubs. Casual wear and open-toed shoes are not acceptable.
