Days Contract Duration: 12 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the
Position TravelNurseSource is working with Aequor Healthcare to
find a qualified ICU/Critical Care RN in Rio Rancho, New Mexico,
87124! Bill Rate: $145 Job Description: 48 hours/week, OT $10 after
48 hours/week. Please only submit candidates that area aware of
their submission to our facility. Please do not allow candidates to
contact facility. Please only submit candidates with an active NM
or compact license. Please note time off requests must be disclosed
with initial submission to be considered for approval. Time off
requested after the acceptance date will not be approved. When
submitting candidates include at least two references (one must be
from current manager), a resume, and completed skills
checklist/competency assessment. 13 weeks assignment, 2 years’
experience current required in a 15 plus bed intensive care unit
required. Must be a team player, flexible and accustomed to fast
paced environment. Must have successfully completed at least one
13-week travel assignment. At alternate location-Will float to
progressive care unit and med/surg. Will float to ICU to care for
tele patients boarding in ICU. Will float to ED to care for
admitted inpatients holding for bed or as helping hands.
CERTIFICATIONS : BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required. BLS
and ACLS must be completed through American Heart Association,
American Health and Safety, or American Red Cross. EPIC EMR
experience preferred. Traveler must pass the BCA testing during
first week of assignment. Travelers that do not pass the BCA test
will be dismissed. SHIFTS : 12 hour D shift position. May fluctuate
to fulfill department staffing needs. On call, weekends and
holidays may be required. Travelers are first to float within
facility and to alternate locations within 20 miles of permanent
assigned location. Traveling pairs are not guaranteed same
schedules or same shifts. Ratios- 1:1 or 1:2 (1:3 for holding tele
patients) ORIENTATION : 1st week of the contract, not to exceed 40
total hours, and includes EPIC training. SCRUBS : Required and not
provided by the facility. White scrub top. Scrub pants in sangria
red, plum purple, hunter green or black. 5 Benefits of Travel
