of America) Responsibilities: Are you ready to lead with confidence
and compassion? As a Charge Nurse in our operating room at Rust
Medical Center. In this role you’ll be a vital part of our
leadership team—working alongside the Nursing Director, RN Manager,
and RN Assistant Manager to keep everything running smoothly. In
this role, you’ll: - Guide and support your team during each shift,
ensuring exceptional patient care and safety. - Coordinate patient
flow and maintain quality processes for an outstanding care
experience. - Champion excellence by promoting best practices and
fostering a positive, collaborative environment. - Step in to
provide direct patient care when needed—because you lead by

Nursing - State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License -
BLS certification REQUIRED at time of hire - ACLS certification
REQUIRED at time of hire - PALS certification REQUIRED at time of
