Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. This opportunity
seeks a skilled Occupational Therapist to provide vital support
within a K-12 school setting in Edgewood, NM. The role is designed
for candidates passionate about working with students to enhance
their functional abilities and promote educational success. Both
full-time and part-time positions are available, with onsite
presence required throughout the contract school year. Key
Responsibilities: - Deliver direct occupational therapy services to
students across K-12 grades - Develop and implement individualized
treatment plans based on student assessments - Collaborate with
educators, parents, and other professionals to support student
progress - Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state
and federal guidelines - Participate in team meetings and
contribute to student intervention strategies Desired
Qualifications: - Valid Occupational Therapist licensure and
certification - Experience working in school environments preferred
- Strong knowledge of developmental and educational OT practices -
Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Ability to
tailor interventions to diverse student needs Location: Edgewood,
New Mexico Schedule: Contract School Year (CSY), onsite only
