Registered Nurse (RN) | Progressive Care Unit Location:
Albuquerque, NM Agency: Mindlance Health Pay: $2,360 per week Shift
Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 11 Weeks
Start Date: ASAP About the Position TravelNurseSource is working
with Mindlance Health to find a qualified PCU RN in Albuquerque,
New Mexico, 87106! ID: 75311432 Shift: 1900-0730 3x12 Hr
Description: Selected candidates MUST SUCCESSFULLY PASS a BCA
(Basic Cardiac Arrythmia) test. Candidates will not be able to
start an assignment until they have passed this onsite administered
test. Should they fail, candidates will have one opportunity to
re-test, a second failure will result in contract cancellation and
all applicable fees will be enforced.Floating between departments
and or local locations within 20 miles is required. Job the nursing
process to provide direct patient care to an assigned group of
patients during a shift.Job Responsibilities:-Ensures safe,
effective, patient-centered, timely, efficient, and equitable care
of patients.-Provides direct patient care by assessing, planning,
implementing, evaluating, and documenting individual patient needs,
actions taken, and patient responses.-Coordinates patient care
through collaboration with the patient/family and healthcare
team.-Initiates, utilizes, and documents appropriate protocols and
standards of care. -Administers medication and treatments as
prescribed by physician or standard protocols and documents
according to policy.-Identifies and meets patient and family
learning and discharge needs on admission and throughout the
episode of care.-Assumes responsibility for the clinical
supervision of LPNs and non-licensed assistive personnel. Selected

years current experience required in an 18-plus bed
telemetry/progressive care unit.-Must be a team player, flexible,
and accustomed to fast paced environment.-Must have successfully
completed at least one 13-week travel assignment.-Selected
candidates MUST SUCCESSFULLY PASS a BCA (Basic Cardiac Arrythmia)
test. Candidates will not be able to start an assignment until they
