Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time
Occupational Therapist position is available to provide in-person
support at a K-12 school in San Jose, CA. This short-term contract
opportunity is ideal for an experienced therapist ready to step
into a vital role covering a medical leave for approximately 9
weeks starting in late January or early February. Responsibilities:
Deliver occupational therapy services to students within the K-12
setting Assess, plan, and implement therapeutic interventions
tailored to individual student needs Collaborate with educators,
parents, and support staff to foster student progress Maintain
accurate documentation and compliance with school policies and
regulations Participate in team meetings and contribute to student
Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Desired Experience and
Qualifications: Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in
school-based settings, preferably K-12 Strong understanding of
pediatric occupational therapy principles and interventions Ability
to work onsite full-time and adapt to the dynamic school
environment Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
Location: San Jose, CA Duration: Approximately 9 weeks, starting
late January or early February Schedule: On-site, full-time This
