Job Description:
Locums Family Medicine - rural NM (within 1 hr of Albuquerque)
Beautiful country, with a large array of art, music, theater,
golfing, biking, hiking, rock hounding, rock climbing, gallery
hopping, wildlife refuges, radio telescopes, mineral museum,
historical mission church, and the home of the New Mexico Institute
of Mining and Technology. Plenty to do, but a quiet small town just
an hour south of Albuquerque, Reason for need: Historical Vacancy
Start Date: April 18, 2022 End Date: October 31, 2022 (more dates
could be added) Setting: Outpatient EMR: Next Gen No Call Must be
BE/BC and have an active NM license Travel/Lodging covered
Malpractice Insurance covered Looking for a Physician to help see
patients in clinic. Support Staff: 2 Nurse Practitioners / 1
Medical Assistant Need doctor who is a team player, enthusiastic
and caring. Bilingual is good but not required - Language line
available Experienced with women's health, to include Pap smears,
IUD removal and insertion as well as Nexplanon insert and removal-
but not required Patient panel varies between, Geriatric, Adult and
Children. Schedule: 8 AM - 5 PM with 1 hour lunch from 12- 1
Customer Access Rep available to help with referrals, quality
indicators- gaps and care - and scheduling. We also have a
designated Medical Assistant to assist with just labs for the
clinic. Schedule is open to 22 patients per day, with No Shows
taken into consideration. Schedule at times of 17/18 per day.
