Start Date: ASAP End Date: Ongoing Coverage Type: No Call Practice Setting: Inpatient & Outpatient EMR System: Epic Rate: $350/hr Must be Board Certified Must have NM Medical License Facility Lovelace Medical Group Specialty Ear, Nose and Throat-Otolaryngology Will they award multiple providers for support? Yes Reason for coverage (i.e. vacation, maternity/health, staff leveling etc) A provider has resigned to move closer to family Schedule hours M-F 8-5 Clinic & surgery Call back % 0 EMR/Documentation EPIC Support staff (Other MDs, NP/PA, RN etc) 2 PA, RNs and MA and 2 other MDs Willing to consider non-licensed or IMLC providers: NO Board certification required Certifications: BLS, ACLS Credentialing timeline (30days, 45 days ) 90 plus days Additional Details: Pediatric versus Adult requirements? Both Is general head and neck required? Complex head and neck? Both Call schedule required? No Will trauma call be required? No Patient census per physician per day Clinic expectations is 20-22 patients per day. Surgical expectations 25 surgeries per month.
